How it works
- Add your part. Upload a DXF, or a PDF drawing of a non-metal part. For a PDF, enter one known dimension for scale. Simple shapes can be entered by size.
- Pick a material. Compressed fiber and PTFE gasket sheet, solid, sponge and silicone rubber, foam, cork, fiberglass cloth and polycarbonate, in common thicknesses.
- See your estimate. Price ranges per part and tooling cost at quantities from 5 pieces up. Features that are hard to die-cut, such as holes too close to an edge, are flagged on the drawing.
- Request a formal quote. Send the estimate to Mag-Knight with one click. We review every request and reply with a firm quote.
